KVKK Privacy Notice
We explain which personal data we process, for what purposes and on which legal grounds.

Personal data we process
We may process your identity and contact details; health information, photographs and any radiological images that you send through forms, WhatsApp, telephone or email; and cookie data relating to your use of the site. We collect only the data necessary for your enquiry and the service provided.

Purposes of processing
We process data to conduct a preliminary assessment, arrange appointments and treatment planning, communicate with you, improve service quality, protect patient safety and meet our legal obligations.

Legal grounds
Personal data may be processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK where necessary to establish or perform a contract, meet a legal obligation or pursue a legitimate interest that does not harm fundamental rights. Special-category health data and photographs are processed on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 6 of the KVKK.

Data transfers
Your data may be shared with the relevant consultation and healthcare units within the clinic for treatment coordination, with authorised public bodies where required by law, and with hosting or communications infrastructure providers only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Any transfer abroad is based on your explicit consent.

Retention period
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the processing purpose and in line with minimum periods required by applicable law. At the end of that period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with the law.

Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used for its purpose and to whom it is transferred, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the conditions apply, object to results produced solely by automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing. You may submit a request to info@clinichair.com or to our clinic address.
