Notice on Processing Health and Photograph Data
We explain how health information, photographs and imaging data shared for remote preliminary assessment are used.

What data may we request?
We may request your health history, current conditions, medicines, allergies, previous procedures, photographs of the assessment area and any radiological images. We ask you to share only the information necessary for the preliminary assessment.

Why do we request it?
The data is used to conduct a remote preliminary assessment, identify the relevant specialty and plan possible treatment options and the need for an examination. A remote assessment is not a final diagnosis or an individual treatment decision.

How is data sent?
Data may be sent through WhatsApp, telephone, email or during an in-person clinic visit. Communication channels such as WhatsApp and email may use third-party platforms and infrastructure abroad; we recommend reviewing the privacy terms of the channel you choose.

Who can access it?
Only the consultation team handling your enquiry and the relevant clinical team assigned to medical assessment and planning can access health and photograph data. Access is limited by role and need.

Retention, deletion and withdrawal
Data is retained for the preliminary assessment, appointment and necessary follow-up period, subject to legal obligations; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. You may withdraw explicit consent at any stage, with prospective effect.
