We explain the scope of consent for processing health information and photographs shared for preliminary assessment.

Scope of consent
You may explicitly consent to the relevant consultation and clinical team processing special-category personal data such as your health history, medicines, treatment expectations, photographs and any radiological images in order to assess initial suitability and prepare a possible treatment plan.

Voluntary consent and withdrawal
Giving explicit consent is voluntary. You may withdraw it at any time by notifying info@clinichair.com or our clinic contact channels. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal.

International communication tools
If you use WhatsApp, email or a similar communication service whose infrastructure is located abroad, you may consent to the transfer abroad of the data shared through that channel. We recommend reviewing the platform’s privacy terms before choosing the communication channel.

Effect of not giving consent
If you do not consent to remote processing of health information and photographs, an online preliminary assessment may not be possible. You may still book an appointment at the clinic and ask for your personal data to be assessed during an in-person examination under the applicable legal conditions.
